1      DRINK WATER EVERY DAY

         Your body weight ÷ 10 = the number of BIG glasses/day. Feel free to add a glass or 3 onto this figure J

2       ONLY eat SEASONAL vegetables & fruits (organic as much as possible)…

3        ONLY eat ORGANIC or FREE-RANGE animal proteins….

4        READ LABELS!!! Look for hidden sugars, salt, colorants, preservatives etc…

5        Try to live by “The 6 Principles of Greener Living” as outlined in the very informative Dr Mercola website (www.DrMercola.com).

6        Don’t let anything become an obsession…..keep a balance in your life.

7        If you look after your skin …FROM THE INSIDE…you will be beautiful on the outside!!!

                                                      So, eat fresh, eat healthy…

8        Seek a healthy outlet for your stress.

9        Take supplements that are right for YOU!

10      Eat foods that are as close to their natural state as possible.
